The only thing I can say is the paint doesn’t match but Neil explained why, the parts are black and the body of the car is steel so it looks a little off. But I am still very happy with the quality of work and the mismatch doesn’t seem to be within the repair teams control. It’s very minor.

Neil was my service rep. He was great, super nice and knowledgeable he took the time to explain the entire process and go over my estimate. His estimate was pretty much spot on and my insurance accepted his recommendations with no issues. I brought up a diagnostic issue that showed up on my car app and he explained it was a common thing when dealing with cars with computers and assured me nothing mechanically was wrong. The work looks very nice and the repair time was on time. Neil made a very stressful situation seem very easy. Thanks Neil and the caliber team for fixing my car.
