Did a good job with the repair. Only complaints were: 1. the text notification system opting me out when I liked a text. 2. They forgot to plug my taillight back in. Thankfully someone noticed and told me before I got pulled over and I was able to plug it back in.

The team at Dublin Caliber was amazing. From Lisa, the receptionist at her kindness and patience in taking our many phone calls to our service reps Amy, and then Arsen, they were very thorough and communicated with us well. They helped advocate on our behalf to the insurance company of the person who hit our car. Finally, the team in the shop did very nice work. Our car looks great.

Neil is a great person! Very professional told me about all the repairs and called to make sure I could pick it up today and if not he would have waited till Monday! They let me know all along the repair of my vehicle what was happening! I would definitely recommend them to repair!

Honestly, I chose this company based on the reviews. Everything for the dublin location was positive and how good the communication was. However, that for me was the major lacking piece. If I didnt contact or stay on top of reaching out there really would not have been much communication between me and the person that was over my repairs. The other part was seemingly the lack of care knowing I was paying out of pocket for a rental and was promised/ told many times "i will reach back out or give you an update today or after I have spoken with a tech" and didnt receive anything and I had to reach out. I was told I would have answers about my car and what needed fixed 24-48 hours (originally I was told by someone there on the phone that once I come in for the estimate and they order everything ahead of time so by the time I drop my car off it should be fixed or repaired with 24-48hrs, which was not at all the case) because again I was paying for my rental... never was contacted and I called him right after opening a message was provided and I was told I would receive a call as soon as he was in. Never got a call and in fact I had to call before the shop closed. Honestly, it was truly just a let down after the expectation was high based off what others stated. Definitely would not want to have the same person that handled my case IF I were to ever need to come back. Also, part of the problem mentioned when my car was dropped off before repairs IS STILL THERE and should have been fixed with the area that was impacted.
