Arsen did a great job explaining the process and answering all my questions from estimate thru completion of repairs. Lisa was very responsive. The whole process was efficient. Car was completed earlier than expected, that was a bonus!

Overall experience with shop personnel and quality of repairs a 10. I took 2 points off for not accepting cash payment for my deductible. Seemed unAmerican and discriminatory to nonbanking customers or anyone who wanted to use USGovernment issued legal currency. Fortunately, I had other means to pay the deductible. But, if I didn't, I would have been stranded there (as I was dropped off, no one waiting) and unable to pick uo my car. I shouldn't have to ask, "Do you accept cash?"

The work was great just make sure you communicate a little better when the car is actually ready. We went over twice and thought it was done but it wasn't after looking at information on car wise and verbally that was told to us.

Front end pulls to the left. It was not doing that before the repair. We did not notice until my son drove us to the airport yesterday April 16. I think one day after pick up.
