I appreciated Caliber Collision being upfront when it came to issues and their ability to communicate with me and with Travellers. Just some minor issies with the repair that I need to address with Caliber that were electrical in nature.

So far it's a 8. Overall the repair was quite good but not great (not yet anyhow). I picked it up on Friday 11/4/22, noticed an issue over the weekend, and called this morning 11/7/22, leaving a message for a certain individual to please call me back. No call back by day's end, so hopefully a call back tomorrow the 8th.
