I am so overwhelmed by how nice and caring this crew is. The experience for me was completely hassle free. Don & Jesse communicate by call or text to keep clients informed of the ongoing repairs. They contacted the car rental company who brought me a car, and I just left the rental keys with Caliber and they handled everything. My car looks amazing!! I was more than impressed. Work was incomplete. After we were told the repairs were complete, we picked up the vehicle only to find there was additional damage that they had not addressed. Travelers has been very slow and not responsive in handling this matter in a timely manner.

The opposite side fog light (passenger front) is not working this evening. The repair (driver’s) side fog light is working but not the passenger side. It’s not feasible to think the passenger side bulb went out as soon as the driver’s side was repaired. Will have son (Seth) take back in
