If someone asked I would let them know that the repair appeared to be done well, but not completed within a timely manner, especially considering I had made an appointment with the shop well over a week in advance and each time I spoke with someone I had stated that if they didn't have the parts to just let me know and I would reschedule.

The staff were all very nice and pleasant, however, when asked when my vehicle would be completed, I felt that they were less than forthcoming. I was always given a date which then went by and then given another date, which then went by and so on.

Everything was great, especially the customer service, but when I got the car back, a piece of the molding was scratched and still had some paper from the tape visible and there was a surface scratch in the paint. The fact that I had to catch it myself was a little disappointing because I expect that to be part of the person who fixed it’s job. Or the person who looks it over after that person.

I chose your facility because you could schedule my repair quickly. The entire team maintained good communication while paying attention to all of the details of my car repair, which was efficient, including two tows and using a third party for mechanical repairs.
