Couldn't be much more likely to recommend Caliber - it was a top notch experience top to bottom. Attention to detail both with customer service and of course the actual repair were unparalleled.

Quality is off of the charts at Caliber! I couldn't believe how good the paint looked on the bumper and fender that were replaced. The paint has a metallic fleck in it and the painted panels matched the rest of the car perfectly in my view. I took a pretty critical eye to the car once done and could not tell the difference.

When I first visited Caliber to start the estimate process, I was greeted almost immediately after entering and even offered popcorn! My adjustor, Brandon, started inspecting the vehicle within minutes of my arrival. I think I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Once I returned to review the estimate, Brandon walked through it line by line and provided a ton of information about what parts and repairs were needed and why. He was also happy to answer any additional questions I had. Caliber made the vehicle available to me as soon as it was complete - they fit me in to pick it up late on a Friday so we could have it for the weekend. Georgette walked me through everything and upon noticing that the hood was higher on one side than the other, showed me the adjustment mechanism on the vehicle that I didn’t even know was there! Customer service is quite obviously a primary focus at Caliber - it showed in every interaction.

I was told 4 or 5 days, it was 3 weeks and there’s a door dent new to the drop off to the facility I am not satisfied and planned to make a complaint

The team was not only clear with their commutation, but kept me up to date at all times. Even when the dealership had a delay in a part for my car they reached out to keep me in the loop. They were kind, asked questions, and made sure I knew what was happening.
