- rear bumper is not perfectly aligned, slightly curved away from the body panel - a few small pock marks where the bonding material went that were painted over - about a dime sized area that appears like a touch-up attempt on the newly applied paint - scratch on the tail light that was removed during repair

My attitude was falsely presented to the repair team to try and get them to do extra work. While I appreciate the attempts to have more work done, I did not appreciate lying to them about my behavior in order to do so.
