Great experience. From beginning to end. Great communication, great service and great job on repairing the vehicle. I had my skepticism having dealt w previous body shops in the past…this place lived up to its five-star Google rating for sure! Georgette is awesome!

I am very satisfied with the outcome of the repair of my vehicle. A professional service: All communications were clear and helpful, regular updates. They also communicated with my insurance and kept me informed. Interacted with automobile rental co. There was no pressure to do additional work/repairs. They explained what repairs were needed and the finished work was totally satisfactory. All work was completed within the promised time:date. All staff were very reassuring, supportive during a stressful time after the accident. The repair was completed at the estimated time. The car (areas repaired) look very good. I am completely satisfied and grateful and appreciate the professional interactions and service.

Nice people, but not great at keeping customer up to date on delays. Understand the distribution issues now, but would be nice to get updates vs having to call to get status over a 2 month period. Felt like I was forgot when no updates are provided. Also, when calling, their system is what's the car, not hw customers name.
