He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating from beginning to end. He took the time to explain the repairs, how everything would be done, and did the best he could from his side with honest and clear details. He answered all of my questions with patience and kept me updated every step of the way. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Terrible customer service. Did not fix all the damage. Had to take my car multiple times. Took over a month. Mixed up claims and sent new claim to State Farm. And then demanded money from me. And even called police. Definitely will be suing them.
