Caliber was great with communication and updates. Carlos was absolutely wonderful and explained what they did to repair the damage and advised me on care covering the time needed for the paint to set. The repair was done professionally and quickly and with great expertise. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend the people and the services provided by Caliber. Thank you all so much.

From the initial phone call to the completion date, Caliber treated me and my car issue with professionalism and respect. Carlos was my first contact. He explained the process to me and kept me updated. Caliber had my car ready for pickup in a few days. The damage to the driver's door was not extensive, but the fix required expertise in addressing the scratches on the door and blending the paint to reflect uniformity on the left side of the car. No need for anyone to contact me. Everything went really well, except my uninformed estimation of how long the repair process should have taken. I didn't think it should have taken 11 days for the repair given that all the required parts had already been pre-ordered and arrived.

Repair time took a few days longer than I was expecting, but maybe that is a standard amount of time for a repair. They forgot to have our wheel repaired while the truck was in the shop so we had to coordinate that separately for the wheel repair to occur at our home at a later date. Communication and service and the repairs were all excellent!
