Mia rocks! This my second time dealing with her. She’s the best! My car looked brand New! My only concern was my car was on a full tank when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was an 1/8 of a tank lower!

Mia Is Truly an Angel! 💕🚗 OMG! This is the second time—and the second vehicle—that Mia has helped me with during the collision repair process, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about her! From start to finish, Mia is simply PERFECT. When I dropped my car off last week, it was such a relief to see a familiar face, and the fact that she remembered me from almost two years ago made the experience even more special. 🥹❤️ Mia immediately made sure I was taken care of, but she went above and beyond by making sure my vehicle would be ready in a timely manner—especially knowing the stress I was already dealing with trying to secure a rental car. Her communication, compassion, and commitment throughout the entire process made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely stress-free. And before I even handed her the keys to my vehicle, this sweet woman said a prayer over my car! 🙏🏽 Now tell me that isn’t a blessing! Honestly, if I ever have another issue and have to bring my vehicle back, I wouldn’t even be mad or sad because I already know Mia is going to handle business! She has taken care of me not once, but twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. And to make my experience even better, Mia was able to give me information about my backup camera, which had recently stopped working. She educated me about a possible warranty and recommended that I take it to the dealership to have it checked.
