Everyone was friendly and professional. My service rep (can't remember his name, sorry) was super. Explained everything without being condescending. Periodic progress texts were nice touch. Work was completed perfectly in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Would recommend Caliber Collision.

My air conditioner worked perfect before, and feels like it is on heat all the time now. Can't get an answer from the technicians or a call back after leaving messages. I paid $750 and my truck wasn't fixed. It's Texas sooner and I can't afford a rental car for the SECOND time when it should have bee foxed right the first time. I'm very upset and dissatisfied
