I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the results. Brittany and JT at Caliber Collision on Ramseur St in Durham were amazing, total pros! They both put me at ease as I was setting up the appointment and inquiring about the process with the insurance company. Brittany took care of all the details when I dropped off my car. I received several text updates on the status of the repairs. It was ready on time. The repair was perfect including a better color match than before. Pickup was an absolute breeze. And they even washed and vacuumed my car. With that level of service, it's easy to see how Caliber Collision can sustain a nationwide reputation. I highly recommend Caliber for any auto body work.
