Customer service at desk was very pleasant. Staff was very transparent and acknowledging a potential fire that was happening in my battery compartment.....they fixed it on the company's dollar.

This is probably not Gerber's fault but I wish I could have gotten my car towed back to my residence after completion of job. But maybe that's on my insurance company. Overall a good experience

The job was supposedly completed 3 days before schedule. The new bumper was left detached from the frame. I was told that a part is missing that will be ordered and will come Monday or Tuesday. I will then be called. We shall see…

Gerber Collision and Glass was intentional with sending me text updates on the progress and estimated completion changes for my vehicle. They had a mishap with some of their equipment that delayed completion of my vehicle and were very apologetic. They ensured my vehicle was repaired correctly and not hastily for which I am grateful. My vehicle turned out good as new and functions as it was designed. I would recommend anyone needing collision repairs to this business.
