When I got home I realized that a part from the passenger cabin had been removed and not reinstalled (no idea why it was removed to begin with). It also appears that one of the replacement parts wasn’t installed correctly (it does not look like it did before and I’m afraid water will get in through now visible gaps) and there was tape residue left on the car.

Had a really good experience with Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt smooth and easy, which I appreciated because dealing with car repairs is already stressful enough. (This is my second fenderbender!!!) They kept me updated the whole time, so I never felt like I was left in the dark about anything regarding my car. And when I finally got it back… wow. It looked so good, like the damage was never even there. They clearly know what they’re doing. Also, the fact that they cleaned my car before giving it back? I loved that. It’s little things like that that really make a difference. Everyone there was super kind and easy to talk to as well. Nothing felt awkward or rushed. Overall, they just made the whole experience way better than I expected. Hopefully I never go through this ordeal again but if I did, I’d choose Caliber Collision.

And I didn’t like the fact that the same day I left where the fixed my car under the front bumper it fell and was dragging my daughter had to get under the car and zip tie it to hold it up!!!!! I couldn’t go back because they were closed went back Saturday didn’t know the were closed!!! Went Monday to show them and they wanted to blame me for it instead of just saying sorry that happened to you. I pray I don’t every have to come back and I’m definitely not recommending this company to nobody I know!!!!!

I would recommend that you all call your customers if there is a delay. There were times I called and was told the vehicle was ready, and then sent a text shortly after stating it was not. No explanation was given, and I would’ve appreciated if there was. Other than that I was pleased with the customer service I received throughout the process.

I was very satisfied with the service that I was received regarding myBuick. The staff was so friendly and made me feel so very at ease. I must also say that Tyler made sure that I was updated and answered any questions that I had and honestly took very good care of my car. It was completed in a very satisfactory time, even before the expected date. Tyler explained to me everything that was going to be done to my car and what to expect. This is my first experience with Caliber Collision. I was a little nervous about the Repair. Tyler reassured me. I went through everything with me in reference to what they were gonna do what the possibilities could be and that he would keep me informed at every step. He did exactly that. I felt very comfortable that my car was in your possession. Also, it was repaired a day prior to the expected date, which was really great. I must say the experience was more than I expected. You really have a great staff from Brittney to Tyler. Everyone was just so awesome. I want to again thank Tyler for for assisting me and keeping me updated in every step. He is a true asset to Caliber Collision. The repair looked very good. everything that was promised was carried out. I am very satisfied with the repair job. Thank you so much again.
