The staff was professional and courteous. The atmosphere was infectious as other customers entered the office. When we picked up the car the license plate frame had not been added to the car, there was a crack in the center of the windshield that wasn’t on the car when it was left for repair, the passenger side headlight is misaligned. We will have to return for additional repairs
