Worse experience of my life. Moved my car to a different location without my permission. When I went to pick my car up (the first of 3 times) was silted by your guy and was told "well most women don't notice these things". Also told "well it was better than when you brought it in", after I said the job wasn't correct. Paint color didn't match at all, and employee admitted as such. They then moved my car to Cary location and I was told it was read. Again, I took off from work early and when I arrived nothing had been done to correct the previous problem of paint not matching, so I left after being told they would try to contact the regional manager. I was called a 3rd time and again took off work (total of 3 vacation hours used) to go get my car. Car still does not match, but I was told even though yes it is different that there is nothing they can do to help me. The ladies at the Cary location are all very nice (unlike the guy at Durham), but it was absolutely the worst experience I have had to endure. I will not recommend Caliber to anyone. Ever.

Ft at Dua location made fun of me for noticing my pint job was not the same as before. Made fun of my gender as a woman and my intelligence.
