I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this collision repair shop. The main issue I brought my car in for was not addressed at all, which is unacceptable. While they did replace my windshield, the job was incomplete and the security keypad was left unattached and is now dangling from the windshield. It was not like this when I dropped the vehicle off. Communication was also a major problem. Getting in touch with anyone was nearly impossible throughout the process. When I finally picked up my car, several days after being told it was ready, I still had to wait about 30 minutes just for the front desk to receive the paperwork and check me out. Overall, the lack of attention to the primary repair, poor workmanship on what was completed, and extremely frustrating customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

The initial phone call I made was answered by a friendly woman who gave me a prompt appointment for the estimate. However when it got to the day to pick up my repaired car, customer service was really poor.
