Gave a 9 because I was a little disappointed that it took 7 business days (12 days) before I received a call informing me that they couldn't find my authorization form to repair damages. Completed the form in shop on the day I dropped off vehicle on March 21st. Had to go online to complete authorization form again on April 2nd.
