I can’t give enough praise to you all. The whole team from start to finish was incredible. I’ve worked with a few different body shops and not one except maybe my little home town shop has been so communicative, helpful and friendly through the whole process. When there was a slight part delay they communicated. Even when I went to pick up my car the gentleman who helped me the whole time was not happy with how a sensor was sitting and was honest and fixed it within 20 mins. Fantastic service and wonderful team. 10/10

Everyone was so personable and friendly! You all always had a smile and worked hard to accommodate requests. For instance, I had been unable to manually lift my driver’s seat to a comfortable position. When I came to pick the car up I asked if anyone could do that for me. Randall stopped what he was doing and came out to the car and lifted the seat. That had nothing to do with the car repair, yet he happily did it. One example of your amazing customer service! Thank you!!!

I wish that all businesses had the customer service that Caliber Collision has. Everyone was so nice and helpful, everything was done faster than they said, my car came back vacuumed, they communicated with the rental company on my behalf. They communicated regularly about the status of my car, and I really didn’t have to do or worry about anything. 15/10, I would highly recommend you all to anyone I know who gets in an accident in the future!
