I appreciate that Pam and Chris are nice and helpful. Chris has already told me they will replace the bumper that came back with new scratches on it from the stand it was rested on during the repair. I appreciate this, as well as the fact that Caliber fixed the other, larger scratch they left on my car after the initial repair. However, over the course of this single repair, which should have been relatively straightforward, I have had to make seven trips to Caliber, and it still isn't complete. This has been inconvenient and very frustrating.

It was a great experience. Tim kept me informed via text throughout the entire process. The rental car company Enterprise works very close with them as well which was a plus! I highly recommend Caliber Collison. Entire staff is friendly and nice. Tyeasha
