Yes, the repair work you did was for my daughter's 2017 Ford Focus but all the text messages regarding the repair status came to my cell phone. Maybe because I am the primary on the car insurance but we didn't pay anything. Everything was covered by the insurance from the driver who caused the damage. So I don't understand why you were not able to text my 20-year-old daughter the regular repair status instead of me? Then the burden of communicating status to her became mine and I didn't like that. My daughter does not live with me, she lives in her own apartment.
