Intake appointment was rushed and the assessor was not thorough in going over the damages. When I finally picked up the vehicle there was still a damaged part that had not been fixed.

Aside from the assessor rushing through the intake examination; when I called the assessor/project manager after picking up my vehicle to inform him a damaged piece had not been repaired, he started cussing and using expletives which is completely unprofessional.

I was 100% pleased with caliber collision in all respects! Everybody I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and professional. I was so pleased at how quickly when needed repairs were made, and I was able to get my car back. I really appreciated the communication that I got on a regular basis as to how the repairs were going. Everyone was great.!

The absolute best! Not only did Caliber Collision restore the back of our truck, they were able to find and order the piece to cover the trailer hitch (which is no longer in stock). The icing on the cake is their partnership with Enterprise Car rental....they picked me up from Caliber Collision transported me to Enterprise to pick up the rental, and we were able to return the rental to Caliber while picking up the truck after repair. It only took a few days to repair, and they provided updates daily!
