This is the second bumper that I’ve had replaced in the last five years or so. The process was straightforward and the text messages were helpful in terms of updating me on the status. The anticipated timeline was much longer than the actual process; I had my car back in a week whereas the estimated time was roughly three weeks. The work was beautifully done. You wouldn’t have known a new bumper was put on because the color matched so well with the rest of the car.

I was very pleased with how each update was shared with me to get a feeling of how long I would be in a rental. The projected time was much longer than the actual time it took to replace my bumper. When I arrived to pick up my car, the replaced part meshed together very well with the rest of the car. It was almost like the incident never happened.

Great attention to detail with this repair. Not only does the damaged area look brand new...but the hand wash of my car before I picked it up was an unexpected bonus. It was also done WAY before the estimated finish date. Very, very satisfied. Thanks so much!!
