Very professional and knowledgeable office staff. The repairs were completed in a very reasonable time frame...I use to live in Durham and had used Caliber Collision on Alston Ave before...I now live in Raleigh but went back to the one in Durham because I was treated so well before and again I am very pleased from start to finish. 😊

Job was completed and repairs were excellent. We have used this Caliber location for many years and will continue to use them if with have future body work. Staff were polite and very helpful when we had any questions. We also like that we can have a rental waiting for us when we drop off the vehicle and be able to leave the rental when we pickup our vehicle.

Bumper looks great, gap between panel on one side not quite as tight as the other side but acceptable. Car was returned with orange tree sap on the hood that was hard to get off when I had to wash the car.
