Caliber did an awesome job of getting major work completed on my vehicle after I experienced a collision with a deer. I'm very satisfied with the results and I'm happy my cross country move was not hampered by this incident. There are some minor issues that I will have to return to a Caliber location to address.

Again, my experience with Caliber Collision was Fantastic. The GREAT JOB(Painting and taking the Dent) out of my car made my car look INCREDIBLE I was Beyond Words and Stood in AMAZEMENT to see the TOTAL JOB FINISH AND COMPLETE. I Personally DO NOT THINK ANY COMPANY CAN MATCH THERE PERFORMANCE OR THEIR CARING, CONCERN AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. I do THANK ALL That made my experience a success.

My overall experience with Caliber has been great but I’m certain that Rick is what made this experience so phenomenal. I’ve had repairs on all my vehicles at many different repair shops but this was my best encounter yet. I will definitely send any and all business to this Caliber Collision location and of course I’ll have them to request Rick for his excellent craftsmanship and personal customer service. Quality is an understatement. This was the best repair thus far! My car literally looks brand new and hasn’t looked this good since I purchased it! The repair was seamlessly done and you would never guess that it was involved in an accident. Rick advocated and made sure my car had the new OEM parts. I even pointed out a small “imperfection” to Rick that was on my vehicle prior to my repairs and he went above and beyond to minimize the blemish. I stood and watched as he buffed the spot away on his knees in the scorching heat. I was flabbergasted that I was met with such commitment and quality service. Not to mention that it was close to the end of the centers operating hours. The pride that he takes in his work let’s you know that your car is in good hands and gives you a sense of trustworthiness that’s rare in the car repair industry. I even attempted to tip him but he politely declined. He smiled and stated that it was just a part of his job. I was completely sold at that point! People like him are a true asset to any company that they serve. Finding mechanics that are honest and competent is challenging but this Caliber Collision Center has both.

Rick was the absolute BEST! I had my Mercedes Benz taken to him after doing a lot of research and as I have not been impressed by the previous repair shops that I’ve used. I was skeptical at first because I’ve had a few bad experiences but I was so pleased with this experience, from start to finish. Rick kept me updated on my vehicle’s status throughout the entire process. I typically have to check-in with repair shops to receive updates but Rick kept me informed and was always super courteous. He was accommodating, addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. Rick’s spirit is very calming and much appreciated as I always felt reassured that the job was being completed with the highest quality and put my mind at ease. Upon picking up my car, I met with Rick and he explained again what repairs they did, and made sure I was happy with the results. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Ashley (customer service) was extremely sweet and always made me smile when she answered the phone with her soft welcoming voice. She made the drop off of my vehicle and signing of the paperwork super easy. Another gentleman (originally from Miami) provided me with an additional face mask so I didn’t have to be inconvenienced by retrieving my own, which I thought was very kind and it added a special touch to the customer service element. The experience of a collision repair can be stressful but they made the experience smooth and effortless. The staff is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable but above all, they are very caring. Many thanks to Rick & The Crew! You guys are total Pros!
