If the insurance is paying for everything then they should have taken their time and made sure everything was perfect. I never expected so many issues when they basically had a blank check to repair my vehicle.

I told them beforehand that due to the accident my alignment would need to be done. They shopped it out to another shop to do this work. After having my vehicle for multiple weeks I finally got it back and my car pulls to the right on the highway which it didn’t do before. Now I have to drop it off again for who knows how long. Headlights were wrong as well one not looking like the other. My custom key ring is missing too although a much smaller issue and not a huge deal.

Repairs not done with in the given time they took almost 40 days for 10days estimated work. More over they did additional damages. Vehicle delivered without cleaning full dust accumulation on the seats and oil spills and stains all over the seats, consoles and interiors.
