At first I was very satisfied with my car from the cosmetic standpoint everything looked okay. About 5 days later my AC was no longer working. I drove to Boone for my sisters birthday and it just stopped working. In the heat wave I had to drive from Boone to Raleigh into the first Kia I could. They did a diagnostic and found that the work I had done either missed a lot or messed more things up. The radiator had be shifted or moved, which made the AC hose rub up against something which caused a hole in the hose. After already going through the wreck, then having to go through the time of yall fixing it, now it has been at Kia for another week double checking for mistakes in my brand new car. I really loved the staff but was disappointed in the outcome greatly. Now more money had to go into fixing these issues .
