Terrible experience, I was told that my vehicle was hit by another vendor vehicle while at the repair shop, they told me that they would contact the rental car facility to take over the payment and release my insurance from payment. They did not! My insurance paid the whole total cost for the time at the repair shop. Extremely disapointing service!! Never again!

I brought my SUV to Caliber Collision in Durham on Alston Rd. to have the front bumper cover replaced. Riley had ordered the cover so it was already at the shop Wednesday morning when I dropped it off. As with my previous repairs, everything went smoothly. The new cover looks fantastic and they had my car ready by Thursday afternoon! I would definitely recommend this shop. They are professional, they do quality work and they keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Thank you Caliber Collision.

They did a great job. Extremely thorough. When I swung by to grab something from my car, the manager took the time to walk me to my car and show me what they were working on, explain the process and time estimate. I really appreciated the way they handled my car.

The repair took enough days we have had no chance to inspect or drive the car since we got it back.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision. The workmanship that was done to repair the damage done to my vehicle from the collision with the deer has been exceptional. In addition, the interaction with the staff was exceptional as well which was greatly appreciated during this stressful situation.
