I was so impressed with Ryan and how quickly my car was repaired. Ryan kept me informed throughout the repair process, which I greatly appreciated. I also received text updates. I had plans to go out of town Friday morning. Ryan and the shop were able to get my car back to me by Thursday afternoon, after only having the car for 2 days! Granted the repairs were minor, the shop handled the entire process efficiently. Becky (name?) at the front desk is very welcoming as well. I will recommend this Caliber location to all family and friends! Thank you to Ryan and the body shop technicians for such a wonderful job!
