My car was rear-ended, so I took it to Caliber Collision Center since it was preferred by the insurance company. At first, I was pretty happy—the office representative helped me schedule an appointment quickly and kept me updated weekly on the progress. Although the repairs took longer than I expected, my car looked brand new when I picked it up. However, later I noticed that the trunk door cover was misaligned. I had to go back to fix it , and at first, I was told it might take a whole day to fix. After making an appointment, they ended up fixing it in less than 30 minutes. I can't help but wonder—why couldn’t they have fixed it the first time?
