Christine was very patient with me as I had to change my drop off date several times. Jacob was very informative as to issues there might be with parts availability details during my appraisal. The techs were very speedy and did an excellent job and even finished the work early. My car was washed and even cleaned on the inside. I was very pleased and grateful with all worked performed. Caliber under-promises and over-delivers in a major way! Communications were better than I’ve ever experienced; texts with status updates every couple of days. Finished up 4 days earlier than estimated and my car looks great - body work, paint color and texture. Very pleased!
