Originally, I was told that the turnaround time would be two weeks. I dropped off my car in November 14. My insurance said they reached out to the repair shop on November 18. I emailed the repair shop on November 25 and they say that they were waiting on my insurance and my insurance informed me that they had not heard back from them since the email on November 18 and then sent another email on November 29 . Then I was informed that more repairs were discovered to be needed, and they said a new estimate to my insurance and was then informed that the estimate of my insurance receive had discrepancies and once returned to the repair shop estimate was reduced.
