The repairs took MUCH longer than we were initially told, and it seemed like the deadline kept getting pushed and pushed. I must have been told "it should be ready by xyz" four times before they were finally right. I understand being delayed - it was just irritating. Aside from that, we had to take the car back after they initially gave it back because there were several problems - a slow leak in the rear tire from a valve stem being installed wrong, hardware missing, multiple tabs on my "new" bumper were broken, and the windshield wiper fluid wasn't re-reconnected. Those things took another few days to get corrected, during which time I didn't have a rental car because I had already given it back when we initially picked up my car. To top that off, they re-installed my windshield wipers incorrectly (not all the way "clicked on", so when I went to run them for the first time while it was foggy, one side didnt work and almost fell off. When we got home and checked, neither was secured. At this point, part of me is just waiting for the next thing to go wrong because so far it's been all the stuff we can see - I have no confidence in the work that was done that we can't see.
