After calling ahead to ask about protocol, especially with Covid, I was able to drive my car over the same day and show the issue. I was surprised not only that I didn’t need to leave the car, but could get an on the spot estimate in a few minutes. I made a deposit for the needed parts and then was called to schedule the work when the parts were in. Above all, all the staff made my experience very pleasant.

front office staf was polite and helpful in gettingour Lexus in for repair. The ppraiser was quick but thorough and explained the process. The repair was completed earlier than initially projected. My car was clean and the repair was flawless.
