There are fingerprints and greasy spots all over the interior. The driver side door is not closing correctly and there is a shake in the steering wheel which I was told is not covered so you wouldn't fix it.

The repair was completed more quickly than we expected. We loved how the team greeted us with super friendly attitudes, helped us understand the process, helped with dropping our vehicle off a bit earlier than our appointment time, communicated frequently and clearly, and made sure we were happy with the results before we drove away.
