Great service from Caliber Collision. This is the second time my vehicle was damaged and both times the service was great. The first time they did a great job on the body work, so I returned when my car was damaged again. Due to the holidays, it took almost a month before the insurance companies determined the car was totaled and the cane to pick up the vehicle from Caliber’s lot. Ben, the Service Manager and his team kept me informed and helped along the way. Impressive since they ended up not doing the work or make any money from the incident.

Great service! My car sat in you lot waiting for the insurance company to appraise the damages for over 25 days. The service advisor, Ben Merten and the rest of the team was very helpful. In the end, the car was totaled and no work was necessary but the team still worked with me graciously. Thanks you have any potential future business.
