Despite submitting form when dropping off my car to run repairs through other driver's insurance, repair was run through my insurance. Caliber is in process of correcting this. Was told repairs would take 3-4 days, took nearly 3 weeks. Was shown car after repairs and was shown wrong side of car at first and then taken to correct side. And I received texts with updates about my car's repair status the day after I picked it up.

Was told 3-4 days for repair, repair took 3-4 weeks; on intake form, noted insurance carrier who would be processing claim, claim was run thru wrong insurance; excessive/incorrect text updates; taken to see repairs and rep showed me wrong side of car before moving to correct side of car

The whole process was about as easy as could be. Since I was working with someone else’s car insurance as I was the victim in a crash, it was refreshing that all of the work was done for me. That includes the rental car which was dropped off and picked up from caliber. I alsoAppreciated the text message updates.

I was told to bring it to your shop. A good hands shop for AllState. If it took longer than my 30 days with rental it would be covered. I waited a week to get my rental. My truck also sat over a week before it was dismantled and received an estimate. All not my fault but now I have to pay for remaining days of rental car?
