The manager Noah was very helpful in making this experience feel easy and stress free. From the beginning he explained everything and had great communication throughout the process. My vehicle looks flawless! I’m so happy I finally brought it in and highly recommend Caliber Collision Eden Prairie! The detailer Aiden made it look brand new inside and out.

I drove from New Richmond, WI to get my car fixed from this location. It was highly recommended I go see Noah. And I’m glad I did! The work was perfection. The interior looked better than when I bought the car thanks to Aiden. Customer service was top notch and the communication better than ever. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone considering or requiring auto repair related to any type of collision or other damage.

Great communication, very quickly completed the repairs even with the need to order in parts. Work was excellent. Cannot tell there was any issues with the car. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering the need for a car repair related to collision or insurance requirements

JP was our internal contact and he made sure that he kept me up-to-date on the process of my repair. The automated system also sent text messages updates, etc. so that is never guessing or found the need to call and CHASE on someone for an update on the process and when the ETA would be for the repair to be completed appreciated the cadence of communication was regular
