The team at Caliber Collision kept me well informed about the status of my repair at every step. They even recommended that a more minor paint repair on my other damaged vehicle be taken care of through a local detail shop to save me money. Had a great experience! Very welcoming and efficient staff from the moment I walked in. They were clear in their communication, walked me through every steps of what they will be doing to repair my car and explained everything very clearly. Chris and Katelyn were very professional and super helpful they made the whole repairing process stress free and were very kind to coordinate with Enterprise for a loaner. Chris did an amazing job with my car and it was ready much faster than expected.

John did an amazing job on my mom's Escape. He answered all of our questions, and even helped when we came back in about the sensors possibly being a bit off and had them rechecked. Katlyne is also a wonderful office admin and communicates regularly and promptly. We would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to everyone we know! The whole team is amazing.
