Very easy! Love the text updates, they were frequent and informative. I could drop my rental car off with caliber when picking up my car which made things SO much easier. Everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, and professional. Caliber also did a wonderful job- the paint looks great (and brand new) and so far driving feels back to normal! Speedy fix. Thank you!
