Only thing was that emails came from employee using their name not Caliber collision. This meant we missed initial mails as we couldn’t search for Caliber in the name.

When I dropped off the car, I found out later the parts were 2 weeks out. They put the car back together so I could use it in the meantime. VERY happy about that! One teeny complaint. The disinfectant used because of covid is so strong, I'm still smelling it 3 days later, even with leaving the windows down all night in the garage.
