We had the best experience with Courtney and Taylor. They kept us up to date with text messages and phone calls. It's hard sitting and waiting for repairs to be done but knowing what process they were on made it tolerable. They provided a timeline and met it. If ever we need repairs again (though hoping not) we will be bringing our business to Caliber Collision in Edmonds.

Courtney and her team were very friendly and helpful. I went in for a estimate about 2 months ago and Courtney made sure I was thoroughly informed about my options. Once I was able, I knew I would go back to Caliber to get my headlight repaired since I had a great experience with Courtney. I was very happy with the repair and left with a clean car inside and out. I will be back to fix my bumper next. Excellent customer service!
