I have been going to this body repair shop since 2010 I have been there on three different occasions and I have always been impressed with the outcome of the bodywork. And even though the company has changed names over the last 10 years Courtney the general manager of the body shop is an unbelievable person and really is considerate and really takes care of the customer and she really is concerned genuinely about I have been going to this body repair shop since 2010 I have been there on three different occasions and I have always been impressed with the outcome of the bodywork. And even though the company has change names over the last 10 years Courtney the general manager of the body shop is an unbelievable person and really is considerate and really takes care of the customer and she really is concerned genuinely about customer satisfaction. If I ever have a future need I will definitely go back to this body shop

I just want to say that Courtney at caliber was very courteous and concerned about me and she made it feel like it was all about me even though that there are many customers that she has and the bodywork that is done at the shop has been the best

Courteous office staff. Repairs well done efficiently and my car was ready Earlier than expected. My car had been vacuumed at it was clean and fresh. Would definitely use again, though hopefully won’t have to.

Over the course of the last ten years, I have interfaced with four different collision centers in the greater North Seattle area. While I was satisfied with the workmanship of each body shop, I was largely dissatisfied with with the level of customer service I received, that is until I met Taylor and company at your Edmonds store. The level of kindness and courtesy that was extended to me exceeded all of my expectations. As a member of the at-risk population, I experienced some anxiety at the thought of venturing out during the pandemic to have my vehicle repaired. As soon as I set foot in the shop my, my fears were immediately assuaged. I appreciated the measures they took to ensure social distancing and proper sanitation. I also very much appreciated Taylor going out her way to take me home and pick me up once my vehicle was ready. Lastly, I sincerely appreciated the love that they showed to my Prius, both inside and out. They literally detailed my entire car. I couldn’t be more impressed. It is my hope that I never have visit another auto body shop again, in the event that I do however, I will definitely seek out Taylor and her team. I can not recommend them highly enough.
