I would have prefered to be kept in the loop regarding estimates. I do not like being called by the insurance company, and having them tell me they're considering totaling the car because the shop's estimate is higher than the insurance's appraiser, without any time to prepare or even be aware of the large discrepancy between the two estimates.

James Alexander was so professional, he kept me informed every step of the way. Ms. Joy in the office was also very professional and helpful. Both of them made sure my car repair experience was absolutely hassle free, ms. Joy arranged for my car rental. Everything about this experience was so hassle free. I loved the professionalism of the staff and their helpfulness. I give them 5 stars. If I ever need any of their devices again, I will make sure to call them!
