The staff (Joy and James) was very professional and courteous. They made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. Nobody wants to deal with a body shop but they made it a pleasure.

I appreciated more than anything the relaxed and joyful environment and the kindness of the staff. They are always willing to help out and answer questions. They let me know what to expect during the time they are fixing my vehicle. Secondly, I am always confident that the work done at Caliber Collision in Edmonds will be done to the best quality. It feels like I am driving a brand new car when I get in it after having it fixed at Caliber

I have used caliber in the past and believe that I would get excellent customer service and high-quality maintenance on my vehicle I was not disappointed everything went as I had imagined the time I stopped at to get a quote for a follow up phone calls they would need to be updated me on how things are progressing keep me informed at all times.

Before I retired I work for international cooperation and sales and marketing and part of my job responsibilities was running a large customer service department I believe that caliber is at the top of the list with customer service they know how to keep Customer in formed they know how to be proactive they know how to follow up courteous and thoughtful

The lack of communication was very concerning. I was told I would receive updates via text which ceased after the first text that my car was received. Further, I specifically asked to be notified if my car would need more repairs than the estimate originally indicated. This did not happen. My car sat for an entire work day and then was transferred to the Edmonds location without my knowledge. I had to call your office to receive an update and even when I did it took hours to get back to me. The Aurora location in Seattle handled this very poorly and were not apologetic even when the problem was raised to them. They did not take responsibility for the lack of communication and acted very casual and as if they did not want to be bothered. Luckily, employees at the Edmonds location stepped up to make up for the Aurora location's lack of care. I would not bring my vehicle to Caliber again.
