James Alexander was professional and friendly. I was so impressed that by the time I got to work after having James look at my car, the quote from him had already been emailed to me. And I only work 2 miles South of Caliber Collision. Joy was also a hoot. I enjoyed her as well. I will be back when the need arises.

It was tricky getting my appt scheduled as they are only open m-f which i totally respect, I need my car daily for work rental was not an option. I was a little worried that it might not have gotten done today as after the snow nonsense last week they were pretty busy. I got the call at 2pm it was done, someone had keyed my car in sept, anyway was hoping that just the polishing would fix it and it did, absolutely perfect and they washed the rest of the car and may have even vacuumed the front, the office personnel were awesome, responsive to my need to have my car back today!! If I ever need collision work again I will be a return customer
