Nikki was great. She made me feel comfortable with the service they were going to be provided to fix my car. I received updates almost daily that I really appreciate. My car looks great as if nothing ever happened and I’m very happy about that. Every person I dealt with showed great customer obsession and a bias for action I rarely receive these days. I would most definitely recommend their service to any of my friends and family.

My car looks terrific and all the Calibre staff seemed very responsive and helpful. My only disappointment was learning that your warranty does not run with the vehicle. I plan to sell this car and had presumed your warranty would go with the car. I’m not sure I would have used Calibre if I had understood this.
