When I went to pick up my car they missed the whole left side. A week later the car was done and it was done correctly and at that point your company had finish the job completely done a good job.

I am very happy with the repair experience. I have visited many other repair shops asking for estimation on the fix and all of them either gave me a unreasonable high price for replacing the door (which seems to be an overkill for my door closure issue) or gave a rough estimation without even looking at the problem in details. Your service made a huge difference especially your service advisor Joseph Sanchez. Joseph looked into the problem in very details and explored the issues in various ways (even tried to fix it on the spot). This really built a very high confidence for me that this would be the repair shop I am gonna trust. The estimation also turned out to be very reasonable and the fix turned out to have addressed the problem very effectively. Again, I really liked the experience and I will come back to you again for any issues in the future.
